    the other day when i was toking i pulled the bowl (slider piece) to clear it and it was really hot so i dropped it and it hit my ZoNg! and broke but the good thing is the whole bowl just snapped off the downstem so i can fuse it back together but the only problem is that i think u gotta have a 5000 degree flame to melt glass do u know where i can find sumthing hott enough to melt it i think acetlyne(sp?) burns at 1200 degrees so i don't think that will work, please help!

    take it to a headshop and see if they know any places that can fix it

    or perhaps you know a glassblower

    Yup, just clean the resin out of the slide you still have and take it up to a headshop with you. Find one that is the same size and voila, when I broke my slide I got a much better one for just $20.

    Oh and make sure you find that little rubber washer that is on the slide just under the bowl and take that off to put it on the new slide - that or purchase a new washer.

    nice glass ones are 15-25
