This I did NOT know. Interesting. So yeah if you don't see "Upload a File" on the lower right, that would probably be the reason.
Most of my photos aren't able to be uploaded. This has been a issue unresolved for a while now. Crazy but that one added no issue. Ive went as far as minimizing photo sometimes that works most times doesn't.
