So I was put into conditional discharge on 7/22/17. My PO said I'd take one urine exam and if I failed he'd violate my C.D. If I passed I'd have no further contact with him. My questions are can he violate me on my first exam ? I told him prior to the exam I would be coming in dirty seeing as before the CD I was consuming in heavy amounts. My second question is , how long do results take to come in ?
