  2. Relax. You'll be fine. Think of it like exercise. Your first time doing sit ups, your abs will be sore the next day
  3. suck on a mint or breathe in something that has menthol/pepper/spearmint etc it will calm the cilia in your lungs and give you some minor relief. maybe don't smoke so much next time lol
  4. So were your joints rolled too tight like you were asking?
