Im growing autoflowers in a dwc and i think my babies are dead. Any input? Here are a few pics. They are 15 days old btw. Sorry about the pic qualitySent from my SCH-S738C using Grasscity Forum mobile app
I'll be putting new pics up when my lights come back onSent from my SCH-S738C using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Wouldnt the leaves be completly yellow if they were dead?Sent from my SCH-S738C using Grasscity Forum mobile app
This is 15 days from seed pop. You're plants look like a day, maybe 2. If they've been that small for 2 weeks I would start over, but that's just me.
Damn that sucks. Even if they got stunted? Well i better pull them and wait for my new seeds Sent from my SCH-S738C using Grasscity Forum mobile app
If you have a couple weeks to wait for seeds, no reason to pull them. I cant enlarge the photos you posted (i have no idea why, no pictures will load when I click on them). Are they still standing? Is there a reason why they could have stunted?
Oh yeah they are standing tall. In the begining i had heat and humidity issues and i fed them nutes to early like a noob lolSent from my SCH-S738C using Grasscity Forum mobile app
All the true leaves are still mostly green with burnt tipsSent from my SCH-S738C using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Thats not rockwool.... what is it those peat starter things? Maybe wayy to much moisture??? Drowned the poor little ones?
No its the rapid rooter starter plugs i heard rock wool fucks with the ph levels. Maybe but 1 of the 3 looks like its taking off and the others look dead lolSent from my SCH-S738C using Grasscity Forum mobile app
With rockwool you gotta soak em in pH adjusted water, over night. Then the next day give em two-three nice shakes to get the extra water out. Plop your bean in the little hole. Place in a greenhouse type enclosure and leave in the dark for about a week....
I'll try it after these plugs are gone i got 100 lolSent from my SCH-S738C using Grasscity Forum mobile app
I dont know about keeping them in a dark humid dome for a whole week. I kept them in a warm dark place for 2 days until they sprouted and then they went straight under my light. Gotta cover the tops of the rockwool with something reflective. From my understanding seedlings dont need such high humidity, but clones do.
Ok after i germinated my seeds i planted mine right in the plug into my hydroton and coverd them with a plastic cup until they sprouted the next day then hit them with my lightsSent from my SCH-S738C using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Ok. I watched a youtube video on some dude that did it for a week in different pH settings... Ehh whatever works for you. I did it for a week, my root was 1" out of the bottom but my seedling was about 3" tall. I can see doing it the other way being better.
