Basically, i have been told by a friend that if you grow with a 125w cfl 6400k will not be ok for flowering i know obviously hid lighting is better but is it possible to grow nice chronic with this one light and the right nutrients, im on a low budget so cannot afford a HID light atm
125 true watts (not that "as bright as 125 watts" crap) will flower a plant just fine at 12/12 more watts is better, lower color temp would be better, but the plant will still flower with 125w of 6400k
