I am looking to go into an abandoned house on 4/20 with some kids. Besides the possession charges, what else could I get fucked for if caught. Also what are the penalties? Thanks.

You could be charged with tresspassing, but look into what your sqautting laws are in your area I'm sure that would be a way around it.

Kids smoking weed in abandoned houses everyday if he wants to and already plans on it no point in telling him not to,,,id say just answer the question and im no lawyer but all i can think of is the possession , trespassing , and if something is damaged they could try and charge you for it just burn dont do any dumb shit nd you should be straight... depending on where you live cops look for this kind of thing on 4/20 though
