I just started growing Super Skunk from Sensi Seeds and I'm looking for anybody who has experience with this strain. I'm growing in an ebb and flow system with hydroton. I have plenty of light (3000 watts over 60 sq ft), CO2 is at 1200 ppm, day time temp 80f with 10 deg drop at night, humidity approx 50%. I'm using a full regimen of Advanced Nutrients and my reseviore is 68f with a pH of 5.8. I have grow several other strains under the same conditions with excellent results but the Super Skunk keeps giving me problems. I'm just wondering if there are any particular issues with this strain that I should know about. Everything I've read on the web says it's a hardy, high yielding strain, but you wouldn't know that by looking at my system right now. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
It's really hard to say without pics..I've grown superskunk for years and it's by far my most vigorous, fastest cloning and highest yielding strain...I can't say enough good things about it. I've found that it can actually handle much more nutes then other strains I've run. She did extremely well in hydro with 8/16 lucas formula, and just as well in coco with 6/9 h3ad formula...I can usually bump my clones up to 100% mix when they're about 4" tall with a decent root structure. all this of course depends on the pheno. I've run the same cutting for 3 years now. * I also have no experience with AN nutes...
