First time doing indoor grows and never used coco coir. I’m also Going to do an outdoor. I currently have a bag of coco, Foxfarm ocean Forrest, worm castings. Blood meal, perlite, peat moss using smart pots what ratios should my mix be for indoor/outdoor? Should I add anything, not use something, tips tricks etc
Personally, I would not mix coco with soil because they have different pH requirements for good nutrient uptake. Coco and 30% perlite is a good mix. Based on your screen name I assume you're in Florida? Outdoor doesn't work well in FL because of the humidity and the afternoon showers in the summer - bud rot is a real possibility.
