    Think about it like a child going thru puberty. It doesn't happen overnight, although that would be sweet. They are now in a transition period, they will stretch and reach sexual maturity over the next couple weeks. Depending on how long you vegged them it could be shorter or longer, but generally 7-10 days after switching light schedule they will begin to preflower.

    Be patient, now comes the really hard part: watching fat sticky buds grow to maturity without chopping down early
