Without knowing cfm of and and filters including duct size it is hard to say for sure. Your carbon filter is probably your limiting factor, if you try to force to much air thru it will not eliminate smells properly. So 2 fans might not be best, I would use one fan for exhaust and the other for intake. The exhaust should be stronger than the intake to allow a slight negative pressure in the groom. I would not seal the system as the groom will benefit from the added fresh air. Positioning fans and filters out of the tent give you more space. You intake fan should be mounted in a lower vent and exhaust out high, this gives great ventilation for the plants! Or this is how I set mine up when using duel fans.
I don't think it's that hard to fathom out as long as you have air being pulled from your grow area to the outside so that fresh air outside the tent in the room is pulled through. Good luck.
