First off there's nothing wrong- the original leaves will yellow and fall off and die. Don't water quite so much. Your soil looks very wet. You'll be better off with Cannabis questions in the growing forums, though. J
Is that a cup ? Do you have holes in the bottom ? Just snip off the two yellow leaves and the bottom two off and fill you cu0 up to just below the top leaves with more soil . You should have a fan blowing gently to rustle the leaves . Tutorial: How to Grow Cannabis Indoors! | Grow Weed Easy
