Doesn't look like it's getting much light, stretched limbs. What lighting are you using? Putting it in a reflective area would maximize the lighting you do have also. Could be something else.
150 actual watts or CFL equiv ? IF just CFL equiv and its like 30w then you definitely need more. Get some silver insulation material(mylar) from the hardware store to give the light more effectiveness, or some other reflective alternative.
