    from my experience every tube bong (illadelphs, roors, ect) all hit exactly the same. some have minor differences with the stems and shit but, they all slowly fill with thick smoke that you an snap at your pleasure.

    if your boys got a straight tube bong (idk the correct term) id consider getting a fancy attatchment, maybe a perc of some sort or a lighter holder or something cool and useful, not just some more glass.

    haha well I'm a chiropractic assistant and he's a jr researcher for nasa. he just deserves it. hes absolutely amazing to me and has been working so hard on finishing up his last year for his PHD and graduate school is extremely stressful so anything that helps relieve him I try to do. :)

    If you both smoke as much as you say you do, you owe it to yourself to own a ROOR, the issue with toro or anything super fancy is it has so many diffusers and percs if your an avid smoker, cleaning it becomes a chore that you'll just find yourself putting off tell it becomes a matter of getting smoke threw the down stem. Nothing hits like a roor, they're simple, they rip, and they're easy to clean. Its for damn good reason people are always talking about roor. Just my two cents, good luck with your gift.:smoking:

    If you want the kind of high end glass you speak of DO NOT buy a roor please. No doubt is it pretty good glass, but in that price range you are opening yourself up to so many better options.

    Pay attention to the dude that posted all the picutres. He knows whats up.

    P.S. If you want thick glass, U.S. Tubes 9 is your best bet, like posted above.

    Hey, im from houston texas as well... If you are looking for high quality glass you need to go to smoke dreams it is by far the nicest smoke shop in houston, and trust me iv been to them all. They have an awsome selection of coustom class they have this new awsome roor there that your husband would love... or maybe go with a volcano or somthing ...

    I'd love a Toro Circ-2-Circ more than anything, 720 on Aqualab, there's a few cheaper Toros in the 500-600 range. I love anything that's fixed stem, but that Luke Wilson for 450 is nice. The Syn pieces are also super primo.

    If hes already got a straight bong then this BioHazard Layback Inline Bong with Tree Percolator high quality durable n will leave you change to add diffuser n precooler for his other bong. not sure its a hi end as your looking for certainly not as up market as those pictured but it looks shit hot and you can slouch n use it safely lol
