HELP! Purple Punch Auto (Fast Buds) seedling is growing very slow.

  1. Hey guys,

I would like to kindly ask you for a help, this never happenned to me before. I am still an amateur when it comes to growing (had 4 plants in total).

I'm having trouble with my Purple Punch Auto from Fast Buds, it seems like the seedling is growing too slow.. The seed terminated overnight and on Saturday it sprouted from the soil. Through the night she started to stretch due to lack of light so on Sunday I put it under the light (95w) for the first time. I find it interesting that when she was under the soil she was growing beautifully but the grow was slowed down since she sprouted from the soil.

Although I am not growing in the tent I have an air moisturizer turn on and I have never had issues growing without tent before.

The soil is All Mix by biobizz and today I put some bud candy in the water for the first time. I have also lowered the lighting..

You can see the photos how is she growing. I assume she should be bigger than she currently is (photo - Thursday)
Any tips what could help? Thank you so much.

  2. Oh this is priceless.....you used bud candy on a sprouting seedling?

    :lmafoe:

Step away from the bottled nutrients....I repeat...step away from the bottled nutrients...

  3. you look fine. the first two weeks are not good indicators of final plant. Fertilizer choice makes little difference at that point because seedlings have such small roots. As long as leaves are green you are good to go.

  4. um yeah, she was growing really small at least from what I expected so I have put a bit bud candy in the water today but it was just one time so I will leave it up for some time ( on the boxing there is written to use it since the 1st week)

Btw. what do you esentially consider as a first week?

  5. Give it some time. Just use tap water for the first two weeks at least. Maybe even three weeks. If you got good soil you don't need anything for a little while. Bud Candy will be for when you got buds on your plant. Also remember little tiny sprouts don't need much water. Good luck. ✌
