Can anyone help me out?? I germinated in tissue. Hatched (rockwool). Its under a CFL. It germinated fine (2days). It started with a good looking stem. Its first two leaves (cotyledon) came out. And here is where it gets tricky they never opened completely. It kinda looks like a clam. I can see the serrated tips of the new wanting to come out but there stuck too. The seedling has been frozen now for 3 days. Is it dead or just taking its sweet time? Here is a pic:
give it a lil time, hopefully it rooted good enough in that rockwool cube, i only do clone so havent tried from seed yet.
Give it time. It'll eventually grow bigger and break through the shell casing... Whatever you do, don't try and break off the case or you'll risk hurting the seedling.
