    Dave needs to sober up for a couple years and learn how to be mature and independent. then he can be independent while using -- MAYBE.

    Sounds like Tony Oughtta move out, I know money can be a huge factor as to why someone wont, but t sounds like his parents are waay too controlling, I mena come on, threatenting to cut a part of his car? Thats a little overboard.

    Perhaps if Tony quit smoking for a while, that way he wouldnt be smoking his bro up, and if someone accusies him of having weed theyd be wrong.

    I hope this works out for your friend OP, sounds really shitty.
