HELP ME! I live in arizona and i want to grow but know nothing

    I recently joined the city in order to grow some dank so i wont have to waste all me money on crappy sacks. But i know nothing. I want to grow outdoors and am on a decsent budget. I live in Arizona (phoenix). Any help for a poor stoner like me would help alot. I leave my future plants fate in your hands.
