Help. Leaves curling downward

Discussion in 'First Time Marijuana Growers' started by amanwiller, May 10, 2020.

  1. Hello all. I recently began my first cannabis grow. It has been 7 days now and the past 3 days have looked a little rough. I noticed that her leaves are curling downward and i'm assuming that's not a good sign. I looked into it and a lot have recommended that I let her dry out for 2 days because over watering could have been an issue. However even after that I have not noticed any improvement and it looks like it's getting worse. Just kinda lost at this point and any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

  2. Looks like over watering
Next time solo cup or something similar in size for the first couple of weeks
Water it till you have 20% run off so it’s soaked
Then don’t water for at least 3 to 4 days
You want that dirt to dry almost to the point the plant wilts
Stick you finger in the dirt and if you feel moisture don’t water
You will also get used to the weight of a cup that has been watered versus dry
    Good luck
