I think nobody has answered your question because it's kinda vague. If you're talking about the glass cup looking thing, its called a banger.
because I’m not sure what your exactly meaning I’ll just describe each part to my best ability. You got a flower bowl, I’m sure you know that. And the Banger or bucket, that’s the oil reciprocal. Then it looks like a spiral ash catcher or pre cooler, some people call them one or the other but in my opinion it’s either.the first perc is normally called a birdcage perc around my parts. And the other perc looks like a flat topped dome perc possibly. I hope that helps at all.
The top one on the bong is a splash guard, slits are at the bottom of the "perc" and they are long, designed for water to drip down to the bottom chamber.
