    I think that is a middle eastern hash pipe, where they use some small hot coals to heat their hash... Maybe?

    Yes, definitely looks like a hookah. You can definitely smoke out of it. And there are definitely no stupid questions.

    Well there is certainly dumb questions, imo but it doesn't make them any less valid of questions
