    Thats unlucky for the dog to have uneducated owner but I don't think there is much you can do at this point. If you treat the dog behind his back owner never gonna learn whats right and whats wrong. So better let it be.

    It would be easier to ignore if the dog didn't make the apartment smell exactly like a dead rat
