Help flood!

Discussion in 'Sick Plants and Problems' started by Seri, Jul 25, 2017.

  1. We had a bad flood in our basement last night. Blew our ballast, everything for our grow tent needs to be replaced. Nowhere in a 100km radius carries what we need so i ordered online. I asked to rush it but who knows when its coming. The plants are in the first week of flowering. Should i keep the plants in darkness until we get everything up and running or what??? Help please!

  2. At least put a high powered light of some sort in it to keep the plants doing their thing

  3. I'd get any sort of light to just keep the photoperiod going. It doesn't need to be much for the plants to sense it. An LED shop light on a tripod would work fine.

  4. I agree, just put some cfls/floro tubes on a timer or something.

  5. I bought a 300 watt led. Thanks everyone.

  6. Put it out in the sun until your light comes in. Kidding, i know that's not an option for a lot of people. Sucks about the flood though. I would follow the advice of the previous posters. As long as you keep the photoperiod going there will be minimal stress on the plant.
