Help an ex-smoker smoke

Discussion in 'Marijuana Consumption Q&A' started by LemonNguyen, Dec 26, 2014.

  1. Hey there,

I used to smoke (heavily) for around 5-6 years, although I enjoyed it, I did grow to resent it.

When I eventually stopped, I had been travelling, and quit without any effort at all. I had been having issues with whiteying though (which I think was down to weed laced with codeine getting abroad and general unhealthiness).

Anyway, I'm back home and considering having my first smoke in about 6 months... But I'm kind of paranoid about whiteying... What can I do to not whitey? Cos if I'm worried about it I expect it'll be a self-fulfillig prophecy.

  2. take it slow brother. take 1 nice hit of dank at a time every 5-10 mins and when u feel really high stop smoking. also eat if you can without throwing up.
