Lots of variables that have to be taken in consideration to give you an answer that you can benefit you.
Target temp is between 75 and 85 degrees. On the high side of that if you are using CO2. It can go lower and higher, but that is ideal.
I try to keep the top of the canopy below 90, ambient temps are important but the canopy is where i focus.
