Is one's health insurance premium higher if they have a cannabis card, just like its higher if one smokes cigarettes? My brother says it is, i say it isn't (just like it wouldn't be higher with any other prescription drug). If anyone has any sources proving one or the other that would be great. I don't care about opinions at this point, facts are the only thing that will settle this argument haha
