Was wondering if anyone can clear up this information for me? I've just heard about this proposition that HC would like to phase out Personal Grows of medical patients. However after digging around I see this issue has been around since (earliest article I saw was late 2010)... even articles dated in mid2011 saying Personal Grows would be gone in a couple of months, yet they're still here. So can someone please clear the smoke!
in the next few months yes personal growers are going to be phased out soon, but not if we can make them change their mind
