    It's probably because you put it on a cigarette, and you can't be harmed from breathing in second hand hash oil smoke. That's dumb.
     
    You can't get these symptoms from weed, you can however, get them from cigarettes. Mixing the two is not a good idea. 
     
    So either...
     
    A.) It was made improperly
    or
    B.) your symptoms are from something else.
     
    Hash oil shouldn't be banned. You're just inexperienced with weed.
