Has anyone separate a grow tent into two rooms?

  1. I have about 12 feet wide by 5 feet deep by 7 feet tall space to work with in my garage. Considering either one large tent, the Apollo 120x60x80, and using panda film to section off part of it for the veg area, I have an 8 light T5 fixture for the veg area, it measures 48"x27". My goal is 6 plants in veg and 6 plants in flower. Would you suggest two tents, or the one large tent? Thanks so much for your help!

  2. Two separate tents would be better I think.

You can subdivide easily using sytrofoam insulation board from Lowes/HD. They come in 4 x 8 and different R values. Mine is ~ 2" thick, strong enough to use as partitions. Measure what sizes you want and bring a serrated knife, cut on site , most sizes will fit in your car

  4. 2 tents are probably better. I did read on another site about someone who split their tent in two using The reflexive insulation you can buy at lowes/homedepot. the tricky part is dealing with the tent poles, but certainly it can be done.

But if you have the space, go for two separate tents
