if im correct it depends on where u cutt it , but if u can cut it above one of the nodes then im sure that it would grow back , im not sure thow im just trying to answers some questions.
if you clip off all the buds, they will not grow back, what can be done is regereration, a bit tricky if your still new to growing.........what you do is cut off approx the top 1/3 of the plant and some of the lower buds.....but you still have to leave some buds on........then swith the lighting back to 24/0, or 18/6 and give it lots of Nitrogen.........then after approx one or two weeks it will start to show sighns of new growth, and then when ready, you flower it again...........Peace out.......Sid
