    If your under 17, then according to this website and NORML it is illigal for you to smoke an illigal substance..... whereas if your 18 and over its legal to smoke an illigal substance :D:hello:

    Really? I was unaware that there was a charge against smoking illegal substances for minors, I thought there was no charge at all for smoking an illegal substance but a charge for possession?

    So, does that mean people under 18 are not breaking the law by breaking it, people under 18 are breaking the law by breaking it, or people over 18 are not breaking the law by breaking it, or people over 18 breaking the law by not breaking it or, what? Fuck....

    you're allowed to smoke it, you're just not allowed to posses it.
