H.R. 2306: Ending Federal Marijuana Prohibition

For some reason, I initially read the title as something like, "federal ban on marijuana to end by 2306." Haha

Well this is cool, but KS would still take quite a while to get on board if this were to pass.

Thanks - but you know the bill is dead right? It will not even be considered by the committee because the fucking chairman said NO.

 

It's dead but it's a taste of what could be....it presented the idea in many Americans heads
