replacing you light bulbs in your house with led bulbs and turning down your hot water heater slightly will help alot. As far as grow lights go...cob leds can save alot on electricity by producing more light then normal grow lights while producing less heat. You might want to look into easy online guides/lists about how to reduce power consumption in other areas of the home to counter balance any electricity increases from grow lights.
