alright so this winter im going to be saving all my seeds. and in the spring im going to find a place in the woods thats hidden to grow my first plants at, is this a good idea? would it work? will i need to do anything to help it grow, like water it? or something?

all I can say is you'll need to definitely put chicken wire around it.. deer LOVE it. I had three going last year and they all got eaten by them fuckers.
yeah screen them off so no unexpected visitors eat them, depending on your climate you may need to water them, add supports, etc. Make sure if its in the woods they get enough light also.
So, at this point your entire plan consists of putting a seed in the ground? I think you have a lot of reading to do -- check the sticky posts, grow guides, and Outdoor growing section as well. Educate thyself.
yeah, my friends dad use to do it way back in the day and he said it worked fine for him. hes even gona help us grow he said
