    Is it legal to grow like 1-5 plants in CT w/o permission? I can't seem to find anything recent from google.

    nope.. illegal to grow in CT
     
    but don't let that stop you.
     
    you can possess up to 1/2 oz (for a small fine).. but you can't buy or grow it.. try and figure that one out lol
