Going to be doing a fully outdoor grow with nothing but good ol sunlight (and my own store bought soil mixed with worm infested outdoor soil) . Seeds have just shown tap roots (awww) and im wondering if they an take just being planted straight outside or should i do the peat cup first then transfer when leafage is showing? any insight is always appreciated
lol I was right about to post this question ,except my outdoor mix is Fox Farm Ocean Forest (w/ 25% Perlite).
i've always held the 4th node as good rule of thumb... if you plant them directly into the ground a number of things can happen... prolly the worst of which is a bad storm blow through before your stem's got enough strength to withstand it... always a good idea to give em a lil head start on mother nature
