Ok, so from me looking around a little I've noticed there isn't a whole lot of information on growing a male plant. So this may be a dumb question but is the process any different in growing a male plant? Like light times? Also, how long does it take to complete a male plant, after changed to flower? For cross straining, do you basically use a male plant to get pollen on the female? Then the seeds that the female produces is a cross between the two strains?
pretty much spot on. all stays the same, light, nutes, everything. except, instead of producing flowers they produce pollen sacs. takes a few weeks to mature before they burst open. collect your pollen b4 this occurs to avoid pollinating your whole crop
And from what I gathered, the males only take a couple weeks to burst open? And to collect the pollen o saw something about foil underneath the pot to collect it? How do you go about harvesting the seeds from the male plant? Are the seeds only good from a pollinated female plant? Is there any thread around that explains the process of getting seeds and pollinating females?
