Hey all, I am on my 3rd week, day 5 of the growth of my two (yet) unconfirmed Lemon Haze seeds. I'm using a store bought LED but expect a new specialized full spectrum LED soon. Expensive stuff... Yesterday I replanted them into 21cm round pots and today they've still grown a little. I FIM'ed them 4 days ago and it looks like I did it fairly right. I pinched it off with my fingers, cleaned ofc. My soil is pre fertilized planting soil and have not added any nutrients so far. My plant light is LED 24w but bigger and better one to come. Tent is just around the corner too so I'll keep this journal updated.
Plants look nice, stacking well. Get comfortable, this could be a 16 to 20 week grow. 5 gallon pot, SLT, keeping it 12", waiting for opposite nodes before flip, are recommended. I'm subbed, good luck!
Hey and thanks for the reply. I'm not familiar with these short names but Google knows. All tips are much appreciated Sent from my SM-N9005 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
This is how my temporary setup looks like. They are both 4 weeks now looking healthy and strong. The second pic show the embryonic leaves yellowing. I think this is natural but I'm wondering if it can also be an indication of something else happening. Certain growth change or whatever..?
What does these brighter green area of the leaf mean? Normal or is it telling me something? Sent from my SM-N9005 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
You are going to have to watch your height. You will need to SCROG or similarly train/hold those plants to 12" until you see opposite nodes, then flip. 5 gallon fabric pot is about 10", add 36" for plant when stretched, brings you to 46" height leaving you only 13" space for the light. You could train it to 10 or 11 inches also. It only matters that you are diligent in your training. Width wise, you will be full! You could do this tent with one plant using training, however with both plants, it's tight but doable
I'm going to use SCROG yes, there is also a big chance that a second tent could be bought during the process. Also, I have to factor in that the seeds are suspected lemonhaze and not confirmed, so time will tell. They could be dwarfed indicas which would be better lol
This is from today. Did a second FIM. More precise hopefully. A few days since now. Sent from my SM-N9005 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Sorry been really busy with lots of other stuff. Plants are on their third day of 12/12 light so flowering will start any day now I've been bending them and arranging them scrog style. My first time so probably done a few blunders. Sent from my SM-N9005 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
I think I see one of those white hairs that are supposed to show up when flowering starts. But without a microscope I'll have to wait a few days more Sent from my SM-N9005 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
One turned out to be male. The last one is still too early to tell but it has female indications. The male is already removed Sent from my SM-N9005 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
