Hi i'm going to make my first time grow box. i only want one small plant for my first time. Would be nice if you guys correct me on my design and give me some advice. My plans are to have a box about 3 foot high and with a floor space of 20 x 20 inchs. i will put a light in the roof of the box and i have a small fan from an old mini fridge. i think i will put that fan into the bottom side of the box, ? so it can suck air in from a hole in the top of the box. Can plants grow with the light on 24/7? should i put plastic sheeting around the sides of the box? can i start with a trimming? Thanks guys!
put the exhaust fan at or around the top, and have a intake hole near the bottom. you can veg the plant on 24/0, but for flowering you need 12/12. put something reflective around the inside of the box, like mylar, or pain it flat white. yes, you can start with a clone.
Thanks for the help mate so how close to budding will i need to change to 12/12 or do you mean when the plant starts budding permanantly change to 12/12?
