It looks like your reflector could do with being pulled appart abit, might be just me but looks squashed together to me
^ What he said Excess ducting length, and even more so turns in the ducting hurt the efficiency of your fan by creating more of a restriction. You want duct runs to be as short and as straight as possible. Other than that looks great, I love it when things are shiny and new.
