..Ive seen alot of posts about this exact thing you wanna know , alot of replies turn out negative , like it might grow but HPS would be better , usin this from alot of other's knowledge cause im a total beginner to growing myself..
just found where I can buy a 600 hps for a reasonable amount and a 70 watt hsps for under £20 !!!!!!!! So am sorted I hope!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
