That is going to be quite a task. You will need a good heating ventilation system and enough space and power to house it all.
I think your gonna need a decent size shed or storage container, with all that electricity you will need a very good power supply brought to the location. It must be waterproofed and weather proofed. To do this right and get the results you want it's gonna take a lot of diy craftsmanship and a good amount of cash in my opnion. Maybe someone else has experience with this. If I were you I would just invest my money in a killer indoor stealth setup

Is it legal in your state? Also I have kids and grow inside. My wife also runs a daycare. No one has ever said anything about a smell even during the end of flower. If you research and get good filters and tents you eliminate the smell.
