Most supplies from reputable sources should give you a % light penetration. The maximum I've found is 95% here in the UK. But you should be able to fine poly tunnel cover sellers in the usa too who will provide these figures on there websites. Fairly cheap too at £7 ($10) per metre. Hope this helps a little Peace
