I placed a small order last Tuesday and they charged my credit card immediately but haven't shipped or responded to my email. Anyone else have problems? Is it time to goto my credit card company for charge back and move on?

really, dude, chill out, I must react to your mail , what do you expect , you will be notified when it is shipped, and if you asked for support , we also have weekend in Europe ;-) but for sure,your order will be fine, and for your notice, we don't get your money at once, the credit card transactions provider does, we have to wait for it for 4 weeks!! thanks for your order, it will get to you just fine!
