    Why did you pick Wisconsin?

    On this list, Wisconsin does have 420 area code...

    that's why i picked it. how weird is "region unknown", and it's not on the map.

    Well, I don't know anyone in WI with the area code, so I'd assume it's a backup if they need another one. WI just has the rights to it I guess.
