I'd just respect your manager too. What's the harm in asking? Bc its illegal? Isn't that what 99% of us want to stand against? Maybe he doesn't know much about it? Maybe his kid is doing it and he wants to talk to him about it? Maybe he wants to share a toke with you? Maybe he drinks and is looking for something else? Maybe he's an informant. Bottom line, as soon as you explain to ppl, example, 'I do it instead of drinking' they just leave it be. "Yeah man, I enjoy a toke after work instead of beer, that's all."
