So last night me and my friends were at the mall smoking a blunt and then a cop showed up and caught us and gave us a UPM. I live in NY and its my first time being caught so its only a 150 to 200$ fine. But i was wondering, how do i pay for the fine, like do i write a check or what cause ive never been charged for anything. if someone could help answer my question that would be great......
did he give you a fine? should be instructions on the ticket. you will most likely have to show up at court to pay the fine. if it gets mailed to you, there will be instructions along with the ticket.
yeah i was givin a ticket and i guess i have 30 days after the court date to pay it idk i guess ill wait till the court date to see how it works out or somthin, this shit realy sucks
Be thankful you live where you do and don't have a manditory minimum. I got a paraphanilia charge and had to do an expensive ass drug program.
