What do you plan on doing with it? Is it something that will just be sitting outside, or are you using it to store furniture or something? Let us know about your plans and then we can let you know if its a good idea or not. I'm not sure about growing plants inside of that thing if thats what you really plan on doing. I think those are more stored for storage than anything.
My gut is saying its a bad idea. I wouldn't want to grow in that from lack of privacy and the high risk of smell being a issue.
