jm2c. you wanna start a few plants. don't wanna spent time and energy on one and have it be a male. also, if first time you may wanna do it with some bag seed from some killer mid or dro if you're lucky. if you plan on buying seeds, you're gonna want to give them the best lights i recommend a HID. need a medium - soil or hydroponic. need nutrients - i recommend General Hydroponics but i grow hydro. use what's right for ur grow. need a ppm meter, a ph control kit, proper ventilation and temperature control. browse the forums plenty of excellent info out there. good luck. oh, and don't rush it. get everything set up and dialed in before planting anything. start a grow journal as well. so many ppl on here willing to help
