I have just recently began my grow and was hoping to get any opinions or suggestions you guys may have for the grow.. I currently have 7 plants (bagseed) The sprouts are approximately a week old. (planted in solo cups) Lighting= (24/7) under 5x 42 watt cfls , however i have a lot of natural lighting in my room so i take 2-3 out from under the CFLs during the day to let them soak up some real sun. Any recommendations on lighting, when to switch to larger pots, nutrients, etc. would be greatly appreciated! The current setup- also surrounded by tinfoil (dull side out) to reflect light back to the plants.

just posted up shiity pictures, hopefully ill have some betters one up tomorrow, and some of the plants, if there is anything anyone might need to know to offer advice please feel free to ask.
